Hadiyyah Kuma is an Indo-Guyanese writer from the indentured diaspora. Her work seeks to examine rest and pleasure under capitalism, gentrification, platonic intimacy, and Anxiety. She lives Toronto, Ontario and no longer enjoys horror films. She has been nominated for Pushcart prizes, Best of the Net, and is featured in the Best Small Fictions anthology 2020. Her debut chapbook, 'tired, but not spectacularly' was released by The Soapbox Press in 2019. |
